BEYONCE & CLUES
BEYONCE sues CLUES for the opening of “Halo”. Too similar?!!
The opening of Clues’ You Have My Eyes Now bears a striking resemblance to Beyonces’ Halo.
Reached for comment Knowles said, “More like Thieves.” Clues declined to comment.
New York Lawyer Richard Grabel will represent the “band” in defense of their “song.”
YOU DECIDE:
A) Halo by Beyonce
B) You Have My Eyes Now by Clues

How the eff did clues get beyonce to star/sing in their video? is the question!
More like ball-ahs, shot callas, brawllas.

Chord progressions cannot be copyrighted – You’re completely right Mr. McSillyton!
I really don’t get the whole deal. Overblown to me, and why would a rich kid like Beyonce need to get offended, seeing as one or two million songs are written using the same steps! BUT HERE’S THE BIG THING: THEY’RE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT INTRO’S!!!
Beyonces “halo”: 1 2 6 4 (in A)
CLUES “you have my eyes now”: 1 5 1 6 2 6 5 (in Bb)
Is there really someone in the world that would try to stop music from being played?

I think that this more serious than you people are considering.
If Clues gets away with this HEADS WILL ROLL!

good angle to argue in court: beyonce/beyonce’s label, get a life.
